we arrived quite late, the kids were tired, and the reception staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We were given all the conditions we could need, we were made to feel at home and i felt very calm to know that we were able to count on the staff for any unexpected things. The breakfast was very nice, and i felt rested and reay to carry on with my travels.

regarding the staff Esther was above and beyond. she was the only one out of the 3 we saw that was excellent. excellent attitude, extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. good job Esther!!! felicitaciones

The spot was great given it was a late booking (price was quite good). It is outside the city centre itself, so a car is most likely needed. Free parking available at the spot, we managed to park just fine. Despite the location (next to a busy road and gas station, and other industrial-like buildings), the room was very quiet during the night. Everything was clean despite showing a few marks of heavy use already. Bed was confortable. There was no AC, but to be fair, the room was at the perfect temperature. Receptionist was super friendly and quick to check-in. Check-out even faster and quicker. Overall, very good impression given the price and expectations. I would say not ideal to stay in Zamora itself, but perfect for a one-night stop along the way.
